Téa Obreht, Christine Schutt and Wells Tower read their spooky stories
| | More
In the November 2010 issue of Harper’s Magazine, Téa Obreht has a short story titled “Twilight of the Vampires.” Don’t worry, it has nothing to do with Edward, Jacob or Bella; the story’s subtitle is “hunting the real-life dead.” Tonight at Housing Works (126 Crosby St.), Obreht, who was recently chosen by the New Yorker as one of the 20 best writers under 40, will read from “Twilight of the Vampires,” while Christine Schutt and Wells Tower will also read selections from their respective works.
It’s terrifying how talented these three are.
