What could be better than a nice cold pumpkin beer in October? The answer: nothing. Sorry, Linus. Tonight at David Copperfield’s House of Beer (1394 York Ave.) at 7 p.m., the bar will be showcasing many different types of pumpkin beer for their “Pumpkin Mania Night,” including Brooklyn Post Road Pumpkin Ale, Cape Ann Fisherman’s Pumpkin Stout, Captain Lawrence Pumpkin Ale, Dogfish Head Punkin Ale, Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale, Smuttynose Pumpkin Ale, Southampton Pumpkin Ale, Southern Tier Pumpking, Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin Ale and Wolavers Will Stevens (Certified Organic) Pumpkin Ale.

I don’t know enough about beer to tell you which one’s best, other than to say that they’re probably all delicious.
