Last night was New York magazine’s New York Taste event, featuring over 40 chefs and restaurants from all over the city, each of which were handpicked by New York‘s culinary editor, Gillian Duffy. We tasted every dish, minus a few of the tartares (can you make “tartare” plural?). Below were our favorites dishes:
