After getting our hopes up, thanks to a Pitchfork interview with Jim Jarmusch, we were ultimately left disappointed: Bill Murray didn’t appear at All Tomorrow’s Parties. But we do know that Murray stays (lives?) in New York, his son is a cook at Roebling Tea Room in Williamsburg, and The Life Aquatic is screening tonight at Red Hook’s Valentino Pier.
We’re not guaranteeing the elder Murray will be here, but you wouldn’t have thought the former-Peter Venkman would have starred in a film about an oceanographer chasing the elusive “jaguar shark,” either. For more information about tonight’s screening, please click here.
