An impressive cast just got even better. The Break of Noon, which already stars David Duchovny and Amanda Peet, will now also feature Tracee Chimo (Circle Mirror Transformation) and Tony Award-nominee John Earl Jelks (Radio Golf). Performances for the Neil LaBute-written, Jo Bonney-directed play begin October 28 at Lucille Lortel Theatre, with an official opening night set for November 22.
In the play, John Smith (Duchovny) sees the face of God, amidst the chaos of the worst office shooting in American history. Smith’s revelation creates a maelstrom of disbelief among everyone he knows. A newcomer to faith, Smith urgently searches for a modern response to the age-old question: at what cost salvation?
Tickets for the MCC Theater’s production of The Break of Noon are now on-sale, and can be purchased here or by calling 212-279-4200.
