This Saturday, Sept. 18, Brooklyn Kitchen and EyeLevel Gallery are presenting “Entomo-Cuisine: Insect Tasting Menu.” It’s a four-course pairing of edible insects and fine alcohols from the creator of CRITTER Salon, Philip Ross. According to the BK Kitchen, “The dinner will include pairings such as: Wax Moth Larvae ceviche and Brooklyn Lager, and Grass Hoppers with San Honesto Mezcal.”
