From September 21-October 3, the Batsheva Dance Company will perform at the Joyce Theater for the first time in 27 years. Their return has long been anticipated in the dance community—and rightly so. Israel’s national dance company will bring Artistic Director Ohad Naharin’s “Project 5″ with them during their stay in New York. To add extra intrigue to an already intriguing performance: “Project 5″ will be shown from two different perspectives, with five performances danced by five women and nine performances with a cast of five men.

Tickets cost only $10, and can be purchased here.
