First, Jack McBrayer joined the already ridiculously talented cast—Victor Garber, Jason Butler Harner, John Benjamin Hickey, Michael Stuhlbarg, Patrick Wilson and Joe Mantello—of The Normal Heart. Now, the one night only performance gets Glenn Close, one of the most talented actresses of all-time. How can this performance get any better? I don’t think it can—unless they somehow find a way to bring Laurence Olivier back to life. That’d be impressive.
