Comparison: Rocky Horror/Glee
A look at the differences between the movie and Glee episode

Glee has been having an up (Kurt singing “I Want to Hold Your Hand) and down (the entire cast singing “One of Us”) season, often in the same episode. It’s been more positive than negative, but with a show as ambitious as Glee, creator Ryan Murphy runs the risk of becoming too over-the-top with every episode. That’s part of the show’s charm, though, which is why Encore is so excited for the October 26th episode, which has the students and faculty of McKinley High singing songs from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, based on the musical The Rocky Horror Show, which opened in London in 1973.
