Grub Street and the Hester Street Fair have combined forces this weekend for the Grub Street Food Festival, held on Saturday, October 16, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Over 40 food vendors are participating, all selected by New York magazine’s Grub Street, including Purple Yam (one of Encore‘s favorite restaurants), Cheeky Sandwiches, Luke’s Lobster, Il Buco and many more. There will also be live music from Santos Party House, to help you dance off the calories (hopefully they’ll play lots of Agnostic Front, performing in the evening at Santos’ actual venue).

The delicious gluttony occurs at the Hester Street Fair, on the corner of Hester and Essex streets. Getting into the fair is free, but you do have to pay for the actual food. For more information, please click here, or see below:
