Tonight at 7 p.m. in Barnes & Noble Union Square, 30 Rock‘s Judah Friedlander discusses his new book, How to Beat Up Anybody: An Instructional and Inspirational Karate Book by the World Champion. And by discusses, we mean he’s going to actually do some karate and presumably beat up everyone in a five-mile radius. It’s a solid book selling strategy, we must admit.

And this Amazon review by “michael jacobs” is a rather strong endorsement:

But only one of those books teaches you how to beat up Bigfoot, and it ain’t The Bible.
