In an upcoming episode of NBC’s The Apprentice, set to air Oct. 28, contestants will have to hold a backers audition for two new Broadway musicals on stage at the Shubert Theatre, home of the Tony Award-winning musical, Memphis. The judges—Donald Trump, Memphis producer John Yonover, Broadway producer Daryl Roth and Kristin Chenoweth, star of Promises, Promises—will decide “which team has what it takes to bring a musical to the Great White Way.”
I suppose it’s only a matter of time before Bloody, Bloody Sarah Palin’s Alaska debuts on TLC.
