Estrella Morente has captivated audiences and critics alike with her compelling performances of flamenco and popular Spanish songs in the Andalusian tradition. Morente, the daughter of renowned singer Enrique Morente and dancer Aurora Carbonell, brings a fresh and passionate new voice to the revered flamenco tradition. She sang on the soundtracks of films by Pedro Almodovar and Carlos Saura, and received a Latin Grammy nomination.
