The Little Princess was Shirley Temple’s first color film and remains one of her most enduring classics. The story of a girl who is orphaned when her father is presumed lost in the Boer War, it was made in 1939, when Temple, then ten years old, was America’s number one box office draw.

With an introduction by art dealer and film historian Robert Dance.
