SOPAC presents the Grammy–award winning The Manhattan Transfer, a four–part jazz vocal ensemble, whose work fused together elements of jazz, classic R&B, pop, rock and swing. The group performs classic holiday favorites lending a unique sound and groove to the season. Founded in the 1970s, the group found success through its second line–up of Tim Hauser, Janis Siegel, Alan Paul and Cheryl Bentyne wining a Grammy in both pop and jazz categories, both for works from their fifth albumn Mecca for Moderns.
