Two programs of incomparable masterworks including The Joyce commission by Clay Taliaferro, and revivals of Limón’s powerful The Traitor (1954) and Anna Sokolow’s jazz inspired Rooms (1955). Another highlight is a special gala performance offering choreographic gifts by an array of distinguished dance artists in tribute to Limón as they enter their centenary year.
